If you are having trouble logging into your Portal account, the first step would be to try the "I forgot my password" feature. This would send a temporary password to the e-mail address you have registered with the college.  You can accomplish this by following these instructions:

If this does not work, or if you are still having trouble, you can visit the Help Desk, located in the L-Wing of the Paramus campus across from the Office of Public Safety on the ground floor.  Contact information for the Help Desk can be found here:
